You’re unique, you’re stylish, you like things to look just-so - why should your wedding day or event be any different? Artaud & Co will meticulously style your dream wedding, elopement or special event to showcase the most beautiful facets of your personality and love story. Our style is classic, timeless and contemporary and we also love to colour outside the lines- if you have something fun in mind!

We work closely with you throughout the entire process from concept to execution, ensuring every aspect is designed efficiently and beautifully. From the ceremony to the reception and even the cocktail party - we’ve got you covered.

Our experienced stylist, Lisa Artaud will guide you through concept development, mood and story board creation, floor and floral plans, vendor and decorative asset procurement, logistics management, and of course your budget. On the day we’ll be there to coordinate vendors, set up your decorative assets and lighting, and to ensure your plan is carried out like clockwork. We’ll also manage the pack-down the following day.

In addition to the wide range of beautiful rentals we are able to source for you, Artaud & Co have an ever-growing library of our own styling assets and lighting available to hire.

We turned a few heads in 2022, with an amazing feature in Vogue and a number of appearances on Hello May - we can’t wait to see what 2024 + 2025 will bring!

Our design fees vary depending on the size and scope of your wedding or event- As a guide, our Seated wedding design fee starts from $4000 + GST for 80-100 guests (ceremony, cocktail party & reception).

You will require an additional budget for flowers, lighting & rentals.

FAQs

  • A wedding planner is the ultimate support for one of the biggest days of your life. We allow you to enjoy the lead-up to, and the day of your wedding or elopement by alleviating the stress and logistical challenges of organising such a large event. We curate the best team and ensure it runs like clockwork on the day.

  • Such a momentous day deserves to look the part! If this is the only time you get married, why not make it memorable? Much like our planning services, we take all the stress out of the equation and bring together the best creative team to deliver the most beautiful day you could ever dream of.

  • We offer 5, 10 and 20 hour partial planning sessions. We also have a standalone wedding coordination service that we can provide as well. Peak weekends do incur a minimum spend though, so check with us first.

  • To provide the best possible result and smoothest operation, we are only able to offer complete styling packages.

  • We put you in touch with some of the most incredible creative talent Tasmania has to offer - but the final decisions are ultimately up to you. We respect that your big day is indeed yours, so if you have your heart set on someone specific, we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

  • As a general estimate, you can expect your budget to be:

    2-6 guests: $8,000-$15,000

    20-40 guests $25,000-$40,000

    40-80 guests: $40,000-$60,000

    80-120 guests, seated: $60,000-$100,000

    80-120 guests, seated bare-bones/marquee: $85,000-$150,000

    These estimates are general in nature and do not factor in your personal requirements/requests, location/logistical considerations or price increases. We will issue you an estimate budget as part of our planning services or before you commit to give you a guide.

  • Absolutely! We love and welcome couples of all orientations and identities.

  • Tulle, fairy lighting and chair covers.

  • An elopement is typically just two, but some couples do invite up to 4 guests. If it is just the two of you, we are your one of your witnesses, the second being your photographer.

  • We work with the best venues across Tasmania, but for aesthetic purposes, restrictive timelines and other reasons, this does not include all of them. Venues listed on our website menu are not the complete list of venues we work with though, so enquire within if you have one in mind.

  • It is possible, but our team will need to bump out on the night and additional planning needs to be factored in for inclement weather contingencies. Considerations need to be given to wind, bugs and level ground. All of which will add to your costs, but if your heart is set on it, let us know!

  • There are obviously more logistical challenges to consider which will add to your total costs, and you may be limited with vendors, styling assets and/or facilities. We don’t climb mountains though!

  • We sure do! If you’re on the mainland we’d love to be a part of your special day. We source all assets from your chosen location and we travel to you. Get in touch with us here.
