Artaud & Co are an exclusive wedding planner and creative stylist based in beautiful Hobart, Tasmania.
We create experiences that are as magical as the bond you both share; from the most intimate of elopements to the largest weddings that simply must be attended by everyone meaningful in your lives.

We don’t believe in providing pre-made, generic packages to our clients – every one of our weddings is as unique as those that have trusted us with their most special day. We hand-pick every venue and vendor on this beautiful island to ensure your vision is realised.
Whether you just need a little help, or just someone to handle the entire thing; Artaud & Co provide on-day coordination, full or partial planning, and consultancy sessions, along with wedding styling, bespoke hire and lighting services.

We live and work on Palawa land in the most beautiful state in Australia, Lutruwita. Home to the freshest air, purest water and richest soil; it gives us some of the world’s most enchanting wines, delectable cheeses and spectacular seafood to name just a few.
Our heart-shaped island in all its wonders makes the perfect backdrop to your special day, but if you’ve got your heart set on the mainland/overseas – we may be able to help with that too!

A Note From Lisa
Hello!
I’m Lisa Artaud, and if you’re reading this I’m guessing you’re recently engaged - congratulations!
I’m a true romantic. I love weddings, the connection between each of our couples, the bond we share with them as we get to know each other and plan their most special day. I love working with amazing, creative talents and stunning venues both old and new across Tasmania. We are so proud to call this place home.
I fell in love with exquisite dining experiences and wine in my early 20s and went on to complete an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management. I climbed my way up the hospitality ladder into management, dreaming of owning my own restaurant. As fate would have it, I had the opportunity to be trained in wedding operations at the venue I worked at. Suddenly my dream of restaurant ownership gave way to creating beautiful weddings; I was head-over-heels in love.
This whirlwind romance I had with my new career took me to a variety of wedding venues and bistros for nearly 10 years until I met the man of my dreams by sheer chance overseas. I moved to Tasmania soon afterward to pursue my dream of running my own wedding planning and styling business, and so Artaud & Co was born.
No-one really knew what a wedding planner did in Tasmania at the time, but demand steadily increased as interstate couples are more regularly setting their sights on this beautiful state.
2022 was a fabulous year for us with a number of career highlights including our work being featured in Vogue in July. We began taking on weddings on the mainland with our first in New South Wales in May at One and Only (Wolgan Valley). Our sights are set on Europe in the coming years.
