Step 1 - Getting To Know You
We are passionate about you being yourself in every way during one of the most personal celebrations you’ll ever experience. We’ll make every effort to learn about who you both are, the story of your relationship, your aesthetic, your goals and aspirations, and your budget before we get started. We’ll guide you through what you’ll need to expect during the entire process and show you how we’ll make your party-of-a-lifetime stress free and one to remember.
We’ll be your supportive confidant, your problem-solver and your sage advisor throughout the process, so you can savour the lead-up to your wedding and actually enjoy your engagement.
Step 2 - Planning & Logistics
Creating a wedding that looks effortless takes a lot more planning and preparation than you might think. We understand the differences between planning an intimate elopement for 2 and a large-scale culinary experience for over 100 of your best-and-closest. Tasmania might look small, but there are often major logistical hurdles to overcome! It isn’t unheard of for a wedding in the wilderness to be more accessible to vendors than a historic cottage.
We’ll help you find your venue and provide you with our personal recommendations for vendors that we know you’ll love. We manage your logistics from start to finish, and have years of experience with a wide range of beautiful wedding venues and vendors across Tasmania. We love transparency, so you’ll receive ongoing budget tracking throughout the process so you know exactly what, when and who you’re paying.

Step 3 - Design & Styling
Here’s where the magic really happens! Let’s talk colour palettes, mood boards and visuals. We look at how to take advantage of seasonal, natural lighting at each venue, and how to compliment it with gorgeous lighting installations once the sun sets. We’ll discuss how big of a part your florals will play, and additional styling elements you can incorporate in your celebration to really make them shine.
We have access to some of the most beautiful styling pieces from an assortment of wonderful vendors across the state and abroad to add that extra flair to your day. Plus you’ll also have the opportunity to hire our own gorgeous bespoke pieces like lighting, plinths, candlelight solutions, signage stands and more.

Step 4 - The Big Day
The day you’ve been waiting for is finally here! We’ll now be your hosts, ensuring all the things we’ve spent the last few months planning and coordinating are executed with precision. We will oversee everything from set-up to pack-down, ensuring everything is delivered on time, tables set, lighting lit, flowers placed and of course - drinks poured.
It’s time for you to put your feet up and enjoy your wedding, and if Mother Nature has her own plans for the day, we’ll handle the response to that too.
